Respirex TYFB Encapsulated Gas Tight Chemical Suit
The Respirex TYFB suit is a fully encapsulating gas tight suit. This means that the breathing apparatus is worn inside the suit and protection is total to both wearer and BA set.
Entry is through a diagonal self-sealing zip from the head down to the waist which ensures easy donning.
The suit is made from TYCHEM TK conforming to EN943-2:2002ET and has a limited life of 10 years. Boots and gloves are seal fitted to the suit with a large field of view visor. The boots are avialable in sizes 5 to 15.
The suits are supplied in a bag which is certified for 5 years or until used. After first use it requires testing.
The suits also require annual testing from 5 years up until end of life at 10 years.

Respirex SC1 Chemical Splash Suit
The Respirex SC1 suit is a non-encapsulating suit. This means that the breathing apparatus is worn outside the suit and protection is to the wearer.
The suit is made from PVC conforming to EN466 and has a limited life of 10 years. These suits are ideal where the hazard will not contaminate the suit.
Entry is through a self-sealing zip across the shoulders at the rear. Boots and gloves are seal fitted to the suit with a neoprene rubber face seal. The suit also offers knee and elbow pads built in for comfort when in use.
Servicing is annually and very small holes can be patched along with other minor damage.

Alpha Solway Alphachem X150
The Alphachem X150 is a lightweight disposable chemical protective suit manufactured in HDPE fabric. They offer chemical resistance against splashes and sprays of hazardous chemicals in Type 3 and Type 4 applications.
The suits are designed to provide increased wearer comfort and exceptional levels of safety and protection, with superior durability. They have a two piece crotch pattern for improved fit and enhanced freedom of movement and a 3 piece hood to ensure a confortable fit.
