Once your harness has been set correctly it is simple to take off when you are finished.

  • Undo the chest strap and remove one arm from under the shoulder strap
  • Then remove the other arm and simply step out of the leg sections
  • Ensure this is not done in any contaminated area or this will lead to the harness failing its visual checks
  • To don the harness again simply step into each of the leg loops and pull them up to the correct height
  • Then put one arm through the shoulder strap followed by the other arm
  • Now do up the chest strap and everything should already fit perfectly
  • It is still a good idea though to get your team mate to check you over
